awesome pods for budget travelers!
central location complimentary water helpful staff comfy pod
The location was amazing, right in the heart of chinatown and just a few steps from the mrt station. wifi worked perfectly. plus, they provided complimentary water and coffee, i totally loved it! the staff were friendly and helpful, and they even stored my luggage. the pod itself was super comfy. I was so excited to get in there!
the sound insulation wasn't the best, and i could hear noises from other guests sometimes.

the facilities included luggage storage, this was helpful before my flight! the lounge area had a cozy feel and offered a nice space to relax, but i wish it had more natural light.

My single capsule featured a tv, i thought that was fun. It also included a foldable table! the pod was generally very comfy and tidy, however, more shelves for small items inside would have been appreciated.

the hotel is located right in chinatown, so amazing! it is also near the chinatown mrt station, this made it so easy to get around. many shops are in the area and changi airport is easily accessible.

Mixed Feelings About This Pod Stay
flimsy plastic door broken door switch
The pod door seemed like it was made of flimsy plastic, so I could hear every little noise from the hallway. It was pretty annoying. The door switch leading to the reception was also broken. The luggage storage area was not secure at all. It was out in the open in the reception area, and they didn't even give me a bag tag!

serene escape in the heart of chinatown
surprising privacy ample space provided locker perfect bathroom
The pods offered surprising privacy and space. I could easily store my bag inside. i secured my belongings in the provided locker. complimentary water in the room was much appreciated, and the staff exhibited kindness. the bathrooms were impeccably clean. i found it all very convenient! though there was a small wait for the shower at peak times.
The plastic shell of the pod did amplify some noise from others movements. Earplugs helped with that.

Staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. They promptly addressed my inquiries. check-in was straightforward and efficient. They offered assistance with local directions. i found their attentiveness wonderful indeed.

The location was central to my needs . It was easy to get around. The staff were helpful when I needed directions. I liked the available free coffee and tea.
The pod was somewhat small. I had limited space for my belongings. I found that noise traveled easily between pods. The shared bathroom was not very clean.

awesome capsule stay!
fantastic location convenient setup hot shower convenient setup
The location was fantastic. It was very close to the metro station. i found good shops and plenty of food options nearby too (i especially loved the pub!). the showers were inside the toilet area, a convenient setup and the water was nice and hot.
the plastic pod door did let some noise through, i could hear other guests moving around, but it was a minor inconvenience.

while no meals were served directly (which i knew in advance), the location is amazing. many shops and good food places are situated just next door to the hotel.

The staff were cute and helpful, they promptly answered my questions. check-in was easy, and i appreciated the keycard access for entry and exit. This made coming and going very simple.
